Shaw Enterprises developed TRIGGERZ®, a neuroscience-backed nervous system regulation program that interrupts the pattern leading to addiction, broken relationships, and workplace burnout.
TRIGGERZ® works with:
The mission: Interrupt the wiring. Transform the outcome. At any point in the continuum.

The pattern starts in childhood. Kids learn early that big emotions are dangerous. So they avoid them. Phones, isolation, perfectionism, people-pleasing: anything to not feel the pain. By the teen years, those avoidance strategies become automatic. Substances, numbing behaviors, and emotional shutdown become the solution.
The real cost? Giving power away. When you perform for others' approval, you hand them control of your peace. When you blame circumstances or other people for your pain, you surrender your power to change it. The pattern isn't just about addiction. It's about living at the mercy of external validation, vulnerable to manipulation, guilt trips, and the constant need to prove your worth to someone else.
By adulthood, the damage compounds. 35% of divorces cite addiction as a key factor. Children of addicted parents are 3-4x more likely to repeat the same patterns. Relationships fracture. Families break. The same nervous system that learned "emotions = threat" in childhood is now running the show in marriages, in parenting, in every intimate connection.
Then it shows up at work. 82% of the workforce is at risk for burnout. One-third of employees report that mental health challenges from home directly affect their productivity. The same wiring that says "avoid the pain" becomes "numb out," "check out," "react," "shut down."
Leadership suffers. Teams fracture. Performance tanks.
This is the continuum:
Childhood neural pathways → teen emotion avoidance → addictive/numbing behaviors → damaged adult relationships → workplace productivity loss.
TRIGGERZ® interrupts this pattern at ANY point, not by eliminating pain, but by building your capacity to hold it.
The goal isn't to make you feel less. It's designed to help you feel more and stay present while you do. To respect pain as information, not threat. To process it, release it, transform it into a conscious choice. Empowerment.
Layer by layer, you stop needing external validation to determine your identity and self-worth. You discover the peace that comes from internal validation. You become immune to manipulation. Immune to guilt trips. You stop performing for others' approval and start performing from the authenticity of your being, allowing others the freedom to form their own perceptions.
The power you gain isn't control over others. It's responsibility for control of yourself. And through that responsibility, you experience the greatest levels of peace and freedom you've ever imagined. And it's never capped. There's always another layer.
The mindset shifts: from blaming others and actively giving away control, to seeing pain as an opportunity to release a wound within yourself. Taking back control. Gaining power from within.
Not building something new. Revealing what's always been there: YOU.
Transforming pain into power. Trading the need for external validation for the peace of internal validation.
When you change the wiring, you change the outcome.

Here's what that means:
Shaw Enterprises operates as a for-profit business delivering the TRIGGERZ® program. But many of the kids who need this program most can't afford it. Foundations, philanthropic donors, and community organizations want to help, but they need a way to give that qualifies for tax deductions.
That's where Muller Recovery steps in.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Muller Recovery can accept tax-deductible donations on behalf of Shaw Enterprises. Three percent of donations designated for Shaw Enterprises is contributed to Muller Recovery as a thank you for serving as a fiscal sponsor. The remaining funds go directly toward delivering the TRIGGERZ® program to teens in underserved communities, kids who are at the highest risk for substance abuse, violence, and trauma.
Both organizations are fighting the same battle on the same continuum, just at different intervention points:
When you donate through Muller Recovery to support Shaw Enterprises, you're not just helping one kid. You're helping break the cycle before it starts, and supporting recovery when it's needed most.

Shaw Enterprises was awarded an $81,000 Kansas Community Organization Grant to deliver the TRIGGERZ® program to teens ages 12-18 in Wyandotte, Geary, Harvey, and Reno counties.
The crisis in these four counties is real:
The pattern is clear: Kids growing up in chronic stress learn that emotions equal danger. By young adulthood, numbing becomes survival. Substances become the solution.
Here's the challenge: The grant operates on a reimbursement basis. Shaw Enterprises must deliver the program first and be reimbursed later.
To start sessions March 1, 2026, we need to raise the full $81,000 by February 1, 2026.
That's where your donation comes in. When you give through Muller Recovery, you fund immediate program delivery for the teens who need it most, with full tax-deductible benefits.

TRIGGERZ® is a 6-volume, 36-session system designed to rewire how people respond to stress, conflict, and overwhelming emotions.
Volume I is the 6-session pilot that creates the foundation and establishes data metrics for customized programming going forward. The entire 36-session, 6-volume series has been created and is currently being edited, formatted, and published. New volumes (6 sessions each) will launch quarterly throughout 2026 and 2027.
Each session is 90 minutes and includes:
The program is supported by an interactive app that helps participants develop new neural pathways, training the brain to signal to the nervous system that emotions equal safety and information, not threat.
This isn't about eliminating pain. It's about growing your capacity to hold it.
When you can hold pain with respect (without running from it, numbing it, or letting it control you) something profound happens:
The result:
Greater capacity to hold space for hard emotions. Feel to heal through the TRIGGERZ® system. Unlocking emotional intelligence.
This isn't about building something new. It's about revealing what's always been there: YOU.
By addressing the inside, the outside naturally follows suit.
Healing to wholeness through human connection.

Here's the model that changes everything:
When companies sponsor TRIGGERZ® workplace programs for their teams, Shaw Enterprises matches those funds to sponsor teens.
Right now: Through the Kansas grant, every corporate cohort (up to 40 employees) sponsored = 40 teens covered by grant matching.
In the future: Through the Shaw Enterprises Foundation, every dollar companies invest in their workforce = a dollar matched for teens ages 12-18 everywhere, not just in Kansas.
Why companies are investing:
This isn't charity. It's strategy.
Companies get measurable ROI. Teens get life-changing access. Everyone wins.

Right now, the Kansas grant covers four counties. But the need is everywhere.
The Shaw Enterprises Foundation is being built to ensure that every teen ages 12-18 has access to the TRIGGERZ® program, regardless of their family's ability to pay.
Here's how it works:
Companies and organizations purchase TRIGGERZ® services for their teams (because it works, and the ROI is real).
The Shaw Enterprises Foundation matches those contributions to sponsor teens in underserved communities nationwide.
The goal: Make TRIGGERZ® accessible for all teens 12-18 through charitable giving, donations, grants, and foundation matching.
We're not just preventing addiction in Kansas. We're building a model that can scale nationwide.
